Customized Charm Bracelets

If items are received damaged, products can be returned and customers can receive a refund or replacement. Customer will need to provide pictures of items that are damaged and would like a replacement. You should promptly contact us at shopmireina@gmail.com with details of the product and the damage.

If customer would like a refund, refunds are processed using the original payment method. All sales are final unless items are damaged. Once customer has confirmed order, no changes can be made. 

Charms used may not look like sample picture. Be sure to describe your charm bracelet as best as possible.
