If items are received damaged, products can be returned and customers can receive a refund or replacement. Customer will need to provide pictures of items that are damaged and would like a replacement. You should promptly contact us at shopmireina@gmail.com with details of the product and the damage.

If customer would like a refund, refunds are processed using the original payment method. All sales are final unless items are damaged. Once customer has confirmed order, no changes can be made.
